Constable came saying it's been over 5 minutes.
It was just over 5 minutes as the train which I came for was late.
Said now license has to be seized and fine of 1200 has to be paid in court.

I said no, 1200 was too much, and I am already moving.

He asked for 500, said to lower the purse so as not to come in cctv.
I paid him 400.

Location: just inside Jaipur railway station. You can see the constable moving back and forth asking people for bribes .
