Sulur register office demanding bribe for land patta

• Paid INR 2,50,000

Location: Sulur, coimbatore.

Request : patta for a Land in Sulur area.

Time taken: Initial application submitted on Feb 2014.

Land measurement was done on : Jan 2015.

Bribe demanded during land measurement for officer : Rs 30,000

Every subsequent visit to office to get the patta paid Rs25000 to Rs30000

Total amount paid so for : Rs 2,50,000

Patta not received yet.

Response from Officer: Looking into it, will let you know

I am not sure how much he is going to demand on next visit.

Please help.
