I bought a piece of land for which I had to cancel the previous owner's name and put my own name in the "Saath Baara" at the Talathi's office. My application was passed from table to table until I was told that it would cost me 1.5lacs. After negotiations it was reduced to 1 lac which I paid. I hope the corruption stops.
