They invariably "come home" for passport verification

After seeing every documents 2 times for my son's passport renewal, the Cop simply asked me to get Photocopy of some document from an outside shop. He gave me a ride on his motor-bike and when we reached the shop (known to him), simply asked me to pay 500/-, else he will write a report which will not get the passport renewed.
