Thief stole my house and police my pocket....

I paid bribe to sub inspector Mr ******* and team through a constable of Airfield police station(full name not mentioned) in the year 2008 ,thief took each and every valuable product of my house police charge 1000 but agreed at 800 for visiting my house and write a report and for giving me a permission to re arrange my scattered goods.
they name this type bribe as: ("jalakhia kharcha" in oriya means money for breakfast)
