Last year, for our honeymoon, my wife (from gujarat) and myself (french) go to Orccha from Jhansi. And policemen ask for a bribe to come in Orccha, and to park our car "in the main street" of the town. Indians around tell us to pay, because if we don't, the police would find some problems with our car, and we should have to pay so much.

In the city, some civils "work" for the police and ask for money for each car which is parker in the street. At the end of yhe day, a police officer take the money of the day.
