Traffic Polic in Mumbai most corrupt

The traffic cop stopped me . He asked me for all the papers ,which I showed him.Then he told me that my helmet is not ISI marked.For which I argued ,as it was covering my ears ,which RTO recommends.But he was reluctant ,and said I have to pay the fine or collect my license from Police Station.
I was busy and did not want any hassel .So had to bribe him Rs 50 eventhough there was no mistake of mine.The traffic police are most corrupt. I will say 100% corrupt as I have seen so many corrupt traffic police,but yet to see an uncorrupt one.
