Had an appointment with Doctor at a hospital at Bandra but forgot to inform my wife that i have already started for home to pick her up & she gave me a call to confirm. And I just wanted to say that i am on my way just for few seconds but inspite of my pleadings for the reason of my use of mobile while driving that I normally avoid. And trffic was so slow that would not have caused any problem in the flow of trafick.Anyhow to avoid the time consuming process I had to shell Rs.300 to hungry and demanding traffick policeman
