As usual if you need passport u have to pay

I was asked whether i am working or not . I told yes and they told they will do further investigation. I said I am fine with whatever investigation they do but they said that it will delay things and I might not get a passport in a year. I thought its better to get rid of things there itself and paid 400 rs.
