Wanted to register as an US national for issuing a police residential permit.

I had to register for Police residential permit at the local SB (special branch of District supeinrtendent of Police office) office. The concerned clerk did not initiate the process of issuing this permit untill I paid him Rs 500. It took me lot of time in convincing him to accept my application.
