Mr mohinder is handling all these filing and approval things at municipal committee Rajpura, patiala, my family was going to him for so long, indirectly he was asking for the bribe , he is having multi storey show rooms for shoes at patiala by the name of Mohini classics. If govt fees is 5000 for housing plan/registry etc then people have to pay around 1 lakh this is the level of corruption and this person is involved into this at front end.
