We registered with Central Excise. From the day 1 we are forced to pay bribe otherwise our business will held up for not paying them and timely clearance will not take place. They had fixed Rs.2000/- for each clearance. If our Invoice is 25 we have to pay 50000 as bribe. That also they start from 1st of every month. Even the employees may not be paid the monthly salary but they want their money. Other than this they will insist on services like car hiring and driver for their personal car, paying hired car bills for personal use. For getting Regn with excise we have to pay to technical superintendent, range superintendent and in the name of DC these people are collecting, if we are not paying, they put our file on hold and start harassing us. This is not a complaint against individual. But in some occassions we are feeling that even after working for more than 12-13 hrs our salary will be credited later this people get their money first of every month.
