Paid bribe and gone through **********for bringing one banned item

I went for HAJ in 2010 with my parents one of my friend there works for a chinese tyre company, he gifted me 4 tyres I sent them via cargo with other items like dates and praying mats etc..I recevied call from a cargo agent to collect my parcel, they asked me the contents of the parcel i told them the details. First of all i was told that i was not allowed to speak to any of the customs officer directly and i was being charged rent of the warehouse on per/kg basis. They informed me that tyres are banned and we are not supposed to bring them, I said I am ready to leave that tyres because they are chinese cheap tyres, they said i cannot do that I have to take the complete parcel or leave it completely. My parents have bought them so did not wanted to loose the other items. I talked to the officer directly and told him he said he will fine me for the tyres according to the price the price was 6000 INR he said are you joking there is no tyre availble in this price range I repeatedly told him they are chinese tyres which are cheap (those tyres are avaible in Hyd at 1500 per tyre)they made me run around in their office and i was not in a position to chase them as I had to attend my duties as well. Those bastads have collected a total of 28,000 rs from me out of which 15000 they took as bribe. Please dont try to cargo any items from outside customs people will make you cry...I will never cargo anything from now on I dont want to feed that customs bastards.
