Paid bribe for online registration for service tax

For a pvt ltd company we need to file online service tax return. After submission of all the details there was some error while creating login id & password. When contacted to the concer person, he said over phone "aapka kaam ho jayega bus kuch expectation hai".

Surprising they are asking bribe over phone & we have paid Rs.500/- to get it done which is actually part of their job. Name of the office is Mr. Riyaz Ahmed from Computer Ward, Churchgate, Mumbai.
