Shameless customs officials in the airport

I flew from the UK to hyderabad. My baggage was misplaced by the airlines hence I had to collect it 2 days later when it arrived at rajiv ********** airport. I had 2 liquor bottles which I have declared & legally entitled to bring into the country.
The custom officials refused to release my luggage sitting various things. I was prepared to forefit both the liquor bottle & requested to hand over my baggage ,which they didnt agree to. They made things so difficult that I had no other choice but to hand over 1 liquor bottle to them
