Noida laws require a company to have form 39 for getting any material from delhi or outside the state. the staff of the concerned sales tax office in Sec 18 ,Noida openly demand bribe. i personally paid a bribe of Rs 800/- to get the form even though i had all the necessary documents to get the form. everyone in office shares the booty
