I had sent cancer medicines for my father from the USA. Customs kept it for over a month! My family is in Nagpur - they kept calling the office. We finally realized that we need to grease them. We had to send someone to Mumbai and we had to pay Rs. 8000 to get it from them. They are totally heartless individuals - do not even spare medicines.
