As an industry we have to communicate with many departments but the cheapest is the Excise department.

All the paper work was dont by the company (which had to be done by the department)and upon that as asusal to get the license done. The inspector, Superintented are so shameless they demand for money.
We are sometime so helpless that we cant say no.
