I was asked to pay 18000 as bribe for used personal goods.

Hard drive: 4 years old
Personal watch: 3 years old
Liquor: 700ml (2Litres is allowed)
Chocolates: Less than 2000 Rs worth
I was asked to either surrender everything or pay 18000 Rs. When I informed I did not have that much cash, the customs officer asked me withdraw money from the ATM to pay the bribe. I somehow negotiated the bribe amount to all that I had 1430 *******
