Had to pay bribe to customs officer at the airport.

I was coming back to India from USA. I was carrying an extra laptop along with. The customs officer stopped me and said that I had to pay customs tax for the extra Laptop. The officer said I had pay tax of 33.06% which would be RS.10000 and he asked to pay Rs.5000 to avoid being taxed and save the other *******
