Staff in Service Tax Department demanding for bribes

• Customs, Excise and Service Tax
• Service Tax Return
• Paid INR 500

I am practicising as Tax consultant in Kukatpally. The staff at the Service Tax office are demanding the amount every time even for filling of Service Tax Returns also. I am charging Rs.600/- as fee for filling of Service Tax return. But these staff asking for bribe of Rs.500/-.
It became a big problem for me
