As an NRI coming to india on vacation, we send one box by cargo, most of them were clothes. shoes etc. airport cargo department officer said i have to pay Rs.2000 to take it or leave it. there was no item which he can charge, he said we have to investigate and you have to come again. i went several time but same reply and my vacation was getting over, time to go back, at last i paid him cash Rs.2000 and got the stuff.
