Lifelong NRI moving back for the first time. Landed and was charged "duty" for my clearly used luxury watches. After quoting fake "internet prices" for the watches they finally settled on a Rs. 8000 bribe to let me go. It was a welcome to the ********** reality of everyday life in *******
